HRT THERAPY
Our HRT program is strictly a private-pay office, meaning we do not accept insurance, nor can we file insurance claims for patients. All patients are responsible for fees for all services, visits, labs, and hormones upfront. We do accept Health Savings Account (HSA) cards. Our concierge program will provide you with the lab panel information if you would like to submit the coding/cost to your healthcare company for potential reimbursement.
The initial consult must be paid in full prior to the appointment. Once paid, you will be given a lab order to complete at least two weeks before your appointment with the nurse practitioner. We can provide you with the CPT codes to apply for reimbursement from your insurance company. At your initial consult, your labs will be reviewed and a plan for HRT will be discussed.
Initial HRT Visit with Nurse Practitioner: $200
Follow up Visits (every 10 weeks): $125
*Initial and follow ups are included in your Direct Primary Care Membership if you are a member*
Full Hormone Panel: $250 initial and every 10 weeks
Concierge Services
We conveniently order your hormones from our compounding pharmacy, and they will ship them directly to your home. Pricing may vary depending on the cost of the hormones. Shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. Because testosterone is a controlled substance in the state of Georgia, you will be required to sign for it upon delivery.
