Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. We will make every effort to preform your entire treatment in the remaining scheduled time. However, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if arriving more than 15 minutes late and the loss of your booking deposit. Booking depot will be required to book your next appointment.
Any appointment that is a no-show or reschedules less than 48 hours in advance may lose their non-refundable booking deposit. You will be required to pay another booking deposit OR your total up front to book your next appointment.
We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Aesthetic results are quite variable from person-to-person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on retail products purchased. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.
